    4月25日至27日,应中国商业地产联盟的邀请，加拿大555公司负责中国区业务发展的副总裁泰德•德斯沃特先生专程从加拿大前来北京考察商业地产项目，并与联盟探讨合作事宜。

    在京期间，泰德先生分别前往中冶新奥房地产公司、北京中关村国际商城发展有限公司和鹏润房地产开发公司与项目高层进行了会晤，听取了项目介绍并实地考察。

    考察完毕后，泰德先生表示，这些项目给他留下了深刻的印象，对其中一些项目表现出了合作的兴趣。此外，泰德先生对联盟在中国商业地产行业发展中所发挥的作用表示赞赏，并感谢联盟对555集团业务的支持，他表示555集团希望加入联盟。

    附一：加拿大555公司介绍

    加拿大三五集团是一个国际性、多元化的房地产发展公司，它在美国和加拿大的主要城市中均设有办公室。
