9, Aug, 2006, GM of Commercial Operation Dep. Mr.Xu Dajin of Beijing Xidan Mall project visits CCREA.

He introduced the project planning of prophase and the whole commercial operation situation of Xidan Mall to CCREA’s leader, and hoping that CCREA can support Xidan Mall in aspect of their developing.

The project is located on the Xidan North Street in Xicheng District, Beijing. It is a complex whose business forms are consisted of retail, food & beverage entertainment, facilities, cinema and hotel.

Xidan, Wangfujing Street and Qianmen have long been recognized as the top 3 districts of traditional shopping centers in Beijing.

The plot area is 16,073 square meters. Height of the project is 45 meters in the east, 60 meters in the west. GFA above the ground is 140,000 square meters, GFA below the ground is 60,000 square meters.
