Mr.Xun Peilu, chairman of China Commercial Real Estate Association was invited to attend the opening ceremony of 《China Commercial Real Estate Operation》course and delivered a speech on “China commercial real estate development and scientific commercial planning” at Tsinghua university main building on Jun 23.

Mr.Xun Peilu in his speech noted that China commercial real estate were rapidly developed in recent years. He stated the general situation and main problems in the developing course of China commercial real estate and stressed the importance of scientific planning and international cooperation in commercial real estate.

He also emphasized that the matching the scientific commercial planning with the commercial real estate development is very important.
Mr.Xun Peilu answered questions from the students after his speeches.
